We love the staff and facility! They treat everyone like family. We love how they focus on self confidence building as well as self defense!

I think this place is great for kids of all ages. The instructors are all professional and good with children. I’ve seen tentative children get over their fears and Troubled children be influenced in a positive way by the character training.

Wonderful atmosphere. Not just for kids, they have teenage and adult classes too. They have classes from at any level and every goal. HIGHLY recommend! Go and sit in and watch before you sign up, you won't be disappointed!
